Seachange Arundel was Pradella’s and Australia’s first retirement living model to fully embrace the concept of active adult community living. Seachange Arundel is now Queensland’s most awarded lifestyle community designed for over 50s. Having being awarded by the HIA, Master Builders and the Urban development institute of Australia it still sets the benchmark for resort living
This resort was specially designed to express our mind, body and soul philosophy:

Mind: To nourish the mind we incorporated a library, arts and craft studio and workshop so that our residents can continue to develop their life skills and hobbies.

Body: To nourish the body we incorporated the best sporting facilities – including a flood-lit tennis court and gym – so our residents can keep fit and fabulous.

Soul: To nourish the soul we built spaces for friends to meet and groups to gather – meeting rooms and a dining room with stage and dance floor.
